We are hands-on and meticulous about every house we build. High-quality construction such as 2×6 exterior walls, ZIP Panel Sheathing and TruDefinition® Duration® shingles with SureNail® technology are standard construction in every home, ensuring whatever floor plan you choose will be beautiful and built to last.

Readdick Construction’s Signature Series offers a high-quality home but at a more affordable price point. This package will include features such as Luxury Vinyl in the common areas, porcelain bath/laundry tile, carpeted bedrooms, custom wood cabinetry, granite countertops throughout, delta plumbing fixtures, and a stainless-steel appliance package (includes range, dishwasher and microwave).

Our Emerald Series, like the signature series, offers a high-quality home but with additional features such as a subway tiled backsplash in the kitchen, under cabinet lighting, a tiled walk-in shower in the master suite, 10’ ceiling height, crown molding, conventional stick framing, T1-11 garage paneling, 8’ exterior doors, and garagedoors include windows in top panel to match corresponding window grid pattern.
