Compression is firmness compression (not density) is what determines firmness. Foam packages need to be opened immediately in order to prevent damage. Do not open with a box cutter. Must take the vacuum packed foam pit cubes out of the boxes. Separate each foam pit cube for the vacuum packed foam cells to breathe in the air. You should see foam cubes starting to expand in 4 to 7 hours to its size and firmness. Allow 2 to 4 days for the foam pit cubes to recover its full original size and firmness from being vacuum pack. We compress everything down to the most economical size. Upholstery Foam Return Policy: We do not return fees. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in. Once your item has been returned to our returns department, there is a 50% restocking fee.

• Foam Care Instructions: Open your package immediately. Please use caution and do not use a box cutter or anything sharp to open your box as you may cut through and tear into the foam. Remove your foam from the box and unroll it so that it may relax. Allow up to 3 to 4 days for the foam to fully expand to its original size as your foam has been rolled into a bundle and compressed. Please do not cut your foam until you have followed these product care instructions.
